What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address, a securely hashed password, and a phone number if you choose to add one.
- Bookings: the facility, court, date and time, what you're playing, the price and the status of your booking.
- Payment records: amounts and the payment reference from our payment provider. We never see or store your card or UPI details.
- Tournament entries: team name, player names you enter, and an optional contact phone.
- Counter rentals and purchases, when you give staff your email so they appear in your account.
- Messages you send through the contact form.
- Security data: sign-in times, IP address and browser type, used to protect accounts and investigate misuse.
- Anonymous visit statistics: which pages are viewed, for how long, the website that sent you (its name only), your device type, browser family and country. We use no cookies for this and store no IP address or account details with it; a visitor is identified only by a code that changes every day and can't be traced back to you. If your browser sends “Do Not Track” or “Global Privacy Control”, nothing is recorded.
Why we use it
- To run your bookings, entries and rentals, and to email you about changes and refunds.
- To keep accounts and payments secure.
- To understand, in aggregate, how the website is used (for example, which pages lead to bookings), so we can improve it.
- We don't send marketing emails, and we don't sell your data.
Who processes it for us
- Razorpay, to take online payments.
- Our email provider, to deliver transactional emails.

How long we keep it
Account and booking records
While you have an account, and afterwards as long as the law requires us to keep transaction records.
The contents of emails we send you
90 days (we keep a record that the email was sent).
CCTV footage

Your rights

Children
Accounts are for people aged 5 and over. Younger players can play under a parent or guardian's booking or team entry.
