- We hold your slot for 10 minutes while you pay.

Bookings
- A booking is confirmed only after payment succeeds and it shows as Confirmed in My bookings.
- We hold a slot for 10 minutes while you pay. If payment doesn't complete, the slot is released.
- Arrive on time and show your booking reference at the counter. Sessions end at the booked time.
- Follow the house rules for each facility and the instructions of venue staff.
Your account
- Keep your password private. You're responsible for bookings made from your account.
- We may suspend accounts used for abuse or fraud.
